It is time to say goodbye to your excessive sweaitng problem. You are about to get your ultimate solution to a life with NO MORE SWEAT from a guy who has lived with excessive sweating for over 15 years and has finally found the solution and has started living free of the stress that hyperhidrosis has caused.
Getting Started!
Around 3% of Americans are known to suffer from primary hyperhidrosis, a condition in which you sweat excessively due to a hormonal imbalance that has yet to be understood by researchers. These individuals sweat most of the time around 4 times the necessary amount that is required to keep the body temperature at regular levels.
People suffering from hyperhidrosis sweat excessively in their armpits, palms, feet, groin, and forehead. They produce excessive sweat in either of these regions, yet there is nothing natural they can do to stop it completely. There are natural remedies that can be found to reduce the sweating, but they will not provide for a lasting solution.
Then there are clinical strength antiperspirants which block the sweat glands for a few days when excessive sweating will kick in again.
Other people have relied on special clothing to prevent embarrassing sweat stains to be seen although the sweating continues like normal.
And lastly, there are patients of hyperhidrosis that undergo slightly invasive to very invasive medical interventions to stop sweating permanently in the affected areas.
Here you are going to learn about a guy who chose the second and third options, namely, the clinical strength antiperspirants and special undershirts to get rid of the problem once and for all.
And I found these options highly effective for my problem and I wish others, like you, could be helped as well. I suffered for so many years, not knowing what to do. However, now that I found the solutions, I want to share them with everybody that faces the same problem.
But Who Am I?
This is a great question to ask. Click here to read all about me and my history with hyperhidrosis.
I am just like you: A guy who was tired of trying all different kinds of natural remedies, deodorants, and antiperspirants to finally stop my excessive armpit sweating problem.
Tired of wearing the same clothes over and over again, not willing to buy new ones, because they were as boring as the old ones. That is part of my story.
All that changed very quickly when I finally found what I had been searching for so long. Finally, the big day came where I could wear those new one-colored dress shirts, without fearing to have ugly sweat stains.
I am here to share what I have learned during the journey and spare you of unnecessary troubles and experiences that I would have loved if somebody had taught them to me before.
And that is who I am: Simply your friend Oscar, founder an owner of stop-sweating-now.com.
What Can I Teach You? And Why Would I?
When I found the solution to my sweating problem, I was very excited and happy. At that moment I did not even think of sharing it with anybody. Since nobody had ever really cared about what I was feeling and living, I did not find it necessary to tell them what had changed.
And I did not share it! It even seemed as if people would not even notice that I was not having sweat stains in my armpits anymore. However, I know that nobody wanted to talk about it.
Today I see that a little different. I want to help people find out why they are sweating excessively, and what they can do about it.
When I started sweating excessively in my early teens, I did not know anything about it. I did not even know that I was suffering from hyperhidrosis. And in my community, it was a tabu. Nobody would ever address that topic, and nobody seemed to know about it either.
It took me well over ten years to finally figure out my problem. And it took me another few years to finally find the solution. I have been through a lot of trouble, unnecessary expenses, and unnecessary stress that could have been avoided if the information would have been readily available.
That is exactly what I can teach you. I have done my research well and I have come to a broader understanding of excessive sweating. Although I am learning new things about it every day, there is so much that I know now that I would have loved to know 15 years ago.
Helping you to find a solution, sharing my experiences, as well as help people to become aware of hyperhidrosis is why I founded stop-sweating-now.com. I believe that my story can teach you and many more people around the globe more about hyperhidrosis, so they can find a solution in the earlier stages and will therefore not have to go through all that I did.

Hey Oscar, I decided to check out your website on Sweat, because I’m a Fitness Coach and I always tell my clients “Sweat is your Friend”. But I guess that’s not always the case. Sweat is great in the gym, but wow, not so good at the office. Its pretty cool that you took on such a non-discussed yet popular subject. The 1st thing that caught my eye was that there are so many suffering. The first paragraph told me about some facts that I think many of us tend to ignore. So I knew the site would elaborate on that, which is cool.
The subject of Sweat is not that major on the surface. But I’m curious. When you decided to create this site did you want to focus more on informing the public or helping those who are suffering? There are quite a few sites out there dealing with health, however your site is very convenient in how it tells us about something we all do, but never discuss. Not Bad.
I look forward to exploring more about Sweat on your site.
Thanx Again for Sharing-Tu
Hi,
I am glad you stopped by! Sweating is our friend, but in some cases it can become a real problem! Having lived with hyperhidrosis for many years, I do understand that sweating has some benefits, but I also know what it is to deal with constant sweating and not being able to do anything about it.
Indeed, when I made this site, I wanted to talk about a topic that I have never discussed even with my parents, and never with any of my friends. It is a topic that is not talked about and there is not much understanding around it either, and I do not blame anyone for that. How can you know something if you have never suffered from it.
However, there are many people out there that will benefit from reading my story, learning new things, and also apply the solutions that I have to live “sweat free”.
I appreciate your comment. Hope you find more good stuff here in this “room” that you can probably even share with people that you coach.
All the best,
Oscar
I found a lot of useful information on your site about how to stop excessive sweating. I don’t personally suffer from hyperhidrosis but my armpits do sweat a lot when I’m playing online poker, the sweat just constantly drips down my arms which is very annoying. Do you know what causes this to happen?
Anyway, I checked out a product you recommended called Duradry, it looks like something that could put my problem to rest. Unfortunately it’s not available right now on Amazon when I checked, I’ll come back to check it again later.
Hi Kent,
indeed, it sounds to me like you are suffering from nervous sweating. I will leave the link below to an article that goes more into detail.
Yes, I have noticed that Duradry is not always available. Sweatblock is a strong competitor of Duradry, and I like Sweatblock very much. Have used it for a long time already. I will leave that link below as well.
Happy to help,
Oscar

Dear Oscar,
Thanks a lot for sharing your own experience. Ten years of struggle and few years of research, saving us time, trouble and money.
I got new insights on primary hyperhidrosis. To be honest many don’t discuss about this topic thanks for helping people on this subject and shedding light.
For sure your site is going to help a lot people. Over sweating causes a lot of discomfort and the great news is you can guide people and help them.
Sharing is caring! Thanks again!
Wishing you much success!
Hi Paul,
thanks for stopping by! You are right, this is a topic that we do not discuss, because it is too “simple”.
My desire is to help people deal with that problem and find solutions.

Hi! I am student from Malaysia .As the weather here are very humid and hot.I would always sweat a lot when i go to work/school.I would try to plan myself not to walk across at the afternoon where it will be like a mirco-wave kinda situation.I would try to stay on places that are chilly. If i don’t have choice but to move.I would apply some anti-perspirant on myself during that day.It would help on minimising the sweat through my sweat gland.
Have you tried clinical strength antiperspirants? They work very well and even in hot weather, they will prevent you from sweating. Although you will sweat more on other parts of your body, at least you avoid embarrassment by sweat marks in your armpits.

Sometimes people sees the excessive sweating problem is a small things. But, for someone that is suffer with excessive sweating, it’s really troublesome. I have 1 friends that always sweating even though he is in airconditioning room. When he hold a pen for a few hours, his palm sweats a lot like just finished up doing hard hand exercise. He really don’t care much about it but when people want to shake his hand, they’ll feel gross with it. Thanks for this article, I’ll share this article to my friend 🙂
Hey Amer,
I am so happy that you stopped by. Yes, only someone who has lived with excessive sweating knows how embarrassing and awkward that can be. Although I do not sweat in my palms, I know exactly how your friend feels. I have lived with it for many years too.
Tell your friend that there is help for him! Things can change for him and help him get his confidence back.

Hello Oscar,
The issue with excessive sweating does not sound like a very fun thing. I’m a bigger guy so I sweat quite a bit but not excessively. This issue is somewhat common place I would think. I’ve seen many people over the years that seem to be suffering from this issue. Does the tips really help enough to change a person suffering from this issue live a better life?
I know a guy that has this issue. I plan on passing on this information to him to hopefully help him with this issue. Thank you for the article.
Hi Dan,
you ask a very good question. Since I found my solutions (click the links provided in the article), my life has changed a lot. I was always unsure about myself, and always nervous about sweating again and those ugly sweat marks.
I feel confident now and do like the fact that sweating is not anymore my first thought when thinking about clothing, social events, etc.
Hope your friend can find valuable information here.

The title of your article really got my attention and I’m glad I landed on your site. If excessive sweating is embarrassing for men, how much more for women. Well, it hasn’t always been like this for me. I noticed that I started to sweat excessively, especially in my underarms, after years living of in a considerably hot place. I was born and raised in a city with a cool climate so I never had this problem.
Although I believe my excessive sweating is one of the things that are keeping me in shape, it’s rather embarrassing when people around me notices my underarms wet. So I will be following your posts and hoping that I will find the remedy that I am looking for, thanks.
Hi Alice,
I am glad to help. If you need anything, please leave me a comment or question.
