Dermidry Reviews: The Natural Approach to Hyperhidrosis

Last updated on August 3rd, 2019 at 12:41 am

Dermidry ReviewsI am going to share with you another review of a novelty product for all of those searching for a solution to hyperhidrosis.

People that sweat excessively, as I do, are often desperate for a solution. I remember how I often tried my best to avoid social gatherings like birthday parties, weddings, among others just because of my sweating problem.

However, when I knew that I had to go, I was hastily looking for the best and appropriate shirts to wear to minimize the ugly look of huge armpit sweat stains. The only problem was that I was not very successful at finding the correct shirt. You must know that when people sweat excessively in their armpits, there is no regular shirt, undershirt, sweater, or jacket that can cover it up effectively.

I was looking for a solution for many years. Back then I did not know that there were awesome products out there that could help me overcome the predicaments that I had with huge armpits stains.

Possibly you have looked for Dermidry reviews to help you make an informed decision about this product. I am here to share my knowledge an experience which can help you to decide whether this is for you or not.

My History With The Natural Approach To Hyperhidrosis

I remember my frustration with my sweating problem and how I came to my wit’s end with it. Then one day I started to do research on the internet. I was stunned at the things that I found. This is over 10 years ago.

First off, I did not know that excessive sweating is a known condition and that it affects around 3% of the population. I also found an e-book that promised to solve my problem once and forever. I was so short on money that I did not know how to pay 40 USD, but I decided to give it a try because I was literally fed up with all that sweating in my armpits.

Long story short, I bought that e-book. Read through that 40-page book. I was a bit disappointed with the information that I found in there. It talked about sweating in general and how herbs, vitamins, and other natural products would stop my sweating.

Believe me, I tried those things, but I never found real success in any of those methods described. I came to the conclusion that I would have to deal with my sweating problem for the rest of my life.

What Is Dermidry?

What does that have to do with Dermidry? I have a long history with natural products for my sweating and they were not nearly as effective on me as they promised to be. However, let me weigh that out in a moment. Let me first tell you what Dermidry is.

Dermidry is a 100% natural product in the form of capsules that has a concentrated amount of herbs and vitamins that relieve you from your sweating.

It contains Sage, GABA, Passion Flower, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Astragalus, Chamomile, among other herbs that can all have a positive effect on your sweating problem.

By taking a capsule every day, you gain more control over those unstoppable sweat glands.

Why Use Natural Products To Reduce Sweating?

In this modern world, we are always looking to ditch conventional household products and exchange them for natural products. That is a great approach and in many cases possible.

But are natural products effective in reducing sweating? In my experience, natural products are not enough to reduce primary hyperhidrosis enough to avoid embarrassment. When you sweat excessively in your palms, feet, groin, neck, forehead, and armpits, you need a different approach.

By sweating excessively, I understand that you sweat when it is not hot, or when you are literally not doing anything. For example, I sweat when sitting on the couch and watching a family movie. I also sweat in the middle of cold winter when I run out of propane to heat my house (…but not because I stress myself). And I sweat even more when I get nervous and when at my job.

I sweat excessively primarily in my armpits, but also in my groin and forehead. I rarely put my clothes on a second time without washing because they are always soaked in sweat. That is what excessive sweating is in my world.

Ever since I started to sweat so much (I turned 15 when I first found out), I have been looking for solutions. Herbs and natural approaches have often been on my “best solutions” list. However, I had to get it off my list because it just did not work as well as it was supposed to work.s

Surely, sweating is reduced when using chamomile and sage; but never to the point where my armpits stayed dry enough to make only small stains on my shirts.

Since sweating is our body’s natural temperature controller, we do not want to stop sweating altogether, but reducing it is always a great thing to do, especially when sweating becomes embarrassing.

Who Will Benefit From Dermidry?

Since Dermidry is a 100% natural product, you do not only get natural products into your body that will help you reduce sweating naturally, but you also get the other health benefits that it brings to your body.

If you suffer from primary or secondary hyperhidrosis, please do not rely solely on this product, since it will most likely not be as effective as it claims to be.

Primary hyperhidrosis refers to those individuals sweating excessively for no reason. Research has yet to determine why the sweat glands in some people do not know when to stop producing sweat. If you suffer from this condition, you should not be worried, because it is a natural condition that does not harm your body. It only affects your self-image greatly, as I have already said.

Primary hyperhidrosis usually kicks in when you are young, in your early teens or twenties and stays for the rest of your life, although the problem diminishes as you grow older. It comes with no other symptom, nor can it be predictable. One day you will sweat a lot more than on other days. Sometimes you will sweat in the night (which is not very common) and other nights you will stay dry.

In contrast, secondary hyperhidrosis refers to those sweating excessively because of a medical condition. Underlying issues like heart disease, pregnancies, obesity, various cancers, among others can trigger excessive sweating. In that case, you want to see a doctor. Also, secondary sweating can affect anybody at any age, and it will go away as soon as your condition is treated or over.

If you suffer from any of these conditions, Dermidry is a great product to use and it will surely have an effect because the natural products that it includes have proven to reduce sweating. Therefore, Dermidry can help you to some degree.

Sweating when doing physical activity is completely normal and important for your body. However, it can become annoying when you do your workout routine or you work in the hot sun and sweat starts dripping from your forehead or your armpits.

By using Dermidry for a few months, you should have that problem. You will likely still sweat a bit, but you will notice how it has reduced. These individuals are the ones that will benefit most from Dermidry.

Is The Answer In Our Body?

Dermidry claims that the answer to the sweating problem is found within our bodies, thus they use products to address the problem.

To some degree, I find that is very true, but again, not for everybody. For instance, I was obese ever since my early teens. You would think that by losing weight, my problem would be gone. When suffering from primary hyperhidrosis, obesity is not the cause.

During the past year, I lost well over 40 pounds (I am currently around 30 pounds shy of my goal weight). I achieved weight loss not by any exercise but solely by eating healthy. Eating lots of organic, natural foods are providing me with vitamins and minerals. I also used supplements to strengthen my immune system and overall health.

If the theory of Dermidry was true, my sweating would have been reduced drastically. Sadly, that has not happened. I sweat as much as I did before. I see a very little change in the amount I sweat. Therefore, the answer is not only found in your body. That is why I do not rely only on Dermidry to solve my sweating problem. I use other products to help me reduce and stop my sweating.

Now, don’t get me wrong: I believe in Dermidry because almost any product has a good side. I love Dermidry because it provides my body with vitamins and minerals that it needs, and in essence, it gives to me what my sweat glands and my brain needs to gain more control over sweating.

Nevertheless, I am trying to tell you that Dermidry will not be the only product you will want to use when you suffer from hyperhidrosis. Along with other products, you will get the best out of Dermidry.

What Do Users Of Dermidry Say?

When you look at reviews of this product, which claims to be 100% effective, you will find that what I said here in this review is very true.

There are those happy customers that sweat a lot during the hot and humid summer months which have found this product to be the hit. Those are the ones that only sweat exactly when your body notices a rise in body temperature. These customers say that they use Dermidry during the hot summer months and that they have great success with it.

Then there are those that are suffering from excessive sweating who report that they do not see improvements after using for weeks and months. Do you recall that I said that people suffering from hyperhidrosis would not benefit from using this product only? Here is proof of that. I am not so sure about their claims that there is no change to be seen, because using natural products that help reduce sweating, you will definitely see a change.

The only problem with sweating is that it is not really measurable. I have tried to figure out very often if it reduced by using certain products, but I find it hard to decide because primary hyperhidrosis is so unpredictable.

And lastly, there are those desperate customers that want immediate results. They give up only after using for a day or two. For your body to adjust to changes and perceive a change it will need time. The company recommends using this product at least 2 months before expecting results. The only way to find out if this product will have a positive effect on you, you need to use it for a full 60 days.

Check out the price for Dermidry for a 60-day supply.

Conclusion

As you can see, in the Dermidry reviews, you will find very happy customers, as well as unhappy customers that do not like this product. It is not my personal favorite, but it is not all bad. Assess your problem and understand your condition, and based on that, decide whether Dermidry is for you or not.

Dermidry contains herbs and vitamins that research has proven to be effective in reducing sweating; therefore, either small or great success with this product does depend very much on your sweating condition.

As I read through reviews, I can see how it is easy to jump to conclusions without enough evidence on hand. I am here to share with you my experiences and knowledge of natural products and sweating. And in my experience, as explained above, natural products are not as effective for me as I would love them to be, but I am aware that they do have a small positive effect on me, which could be great for you.

As a final thought, don’t let 2 or 3 stars in Amazon ratings discourage you from buying this product.  Decide for yourself what is best in your case.

Have you made your decision yet?  Buy Dermidry today.

If you found this review helpful, please don’t forget to share with family and friends. Also, why not leave a comment with your thoughts, questions, and personal experiences? 1. This is an extremely interesting article for me because since a change of medication, about twelve months back now, I seem to suffer from sweat bouts – even in cold weather!

I take relatively hard and strong painkillers for a back problem I picked up after an injury about a decade ago. Twelve months ago I was moved onto stronger painkillers and the sweating problem began (it feels extremely embarrassing in public!).

I was wondering if these Dermidry would be safe to take alongside painkillers?

Thanks for you response in advance,

    Chris

    1. Hi Chris,

Dermidry is a 100% natural product and there are no indications that you should not take with other medications.

Since this is not a medication, but merely a natural boost for your body, you can benefit greatly from it.

Not only will it reduce your sweating, but you get the other health benefits as well from the natural products that Dermidry is made of.

I am sorry about the problem that you are having with your back, and how a change in medication has made you sweat more.  There are certain medications that can cause sweating.  Check out for updates on my website. I am currently working on a blog post about medications that cause sweating. Maybe you find some more insights there. Probably a change of medication could be the solution to your sweat problem.

Nevertheless, Dermidry is a great option for reducing sweat.

      Wishing you all the best,
      Oscar

  2. Dear Oscar,

Thanks for sharing your Dermidry Review. Dermidry contains natural products is a great news.

Thanks for the information “Sweating is reduced when using chamomile and sage”. Sharing other people review in your post is really helpful to know the pro’s and con’s.

And you explained it in detail to whom Dermidry is for. Its only for people who sweat more on the summer and not for those with hyperhidrosis.

My Grandma use to suggest me to keep the Betel leaves under my arm pit before going to bed and she said it will help me to reduce the sweating and the bad odor as well.

May I ask you have you… Does Betel leaves have such benefits? Please advise.

    Wishing you much Success!

    Paul

    1. Hi Paul,

thanks for pointing out a great Grandma recipe.  In fact, betel leaves are more known as a deodorant than as a antiperspirant.  If you use this natural remedy, you will likely reduce the bacteria living in your armpits and thus smell fresher in your pits.

However, I have to research more about the astringent properties of betel leaves to see how much they actually reduce sweating.

One thing that is for sure is that this great natural remedy will not do enough for people suffering from hyperhidrosis, but it could potentially help reduce sweating for those people that sweat the normal amount.

Thanks for bringing up a great topic related to natural remedies for excessive sweating,

      Oscar

  3. Thanks for a very honest review of Dermidry

It is always difficult with natural products because they often take time to have an effect. There is also a basic heat issue; some bodies produce more heat than others and I had an explanation of that from a doctor once.

There is a ratio of skin surface to body mass and men sweat more than women (generalisation,) because of this ratio. Blood is at the heart of the issue, it cools us down and warms us up reducing circulation to extremities. If a person has a high blood pressure and a large body mass, there is an amount of excess heat generated that causes the body to react and needs cooling down. We sweat.

The nervous causes of sweat are a mystery to me but there is a close working relationship between emotions and body functions so I can understand how a change in feelings can cause a reaction in the body.

These reactions are deeply rooted in survival and may have something to do with our “fight or flight” reactions. That means they are very difficult to change.

    Is that your opinion too?

Fascinating topic and thanks for the article.

My guess is that Dermidry would help everyone to some degree, regardless of the causes of sweating.

    1. Hi, thanks so much for sharing your insights into the sweating topic.

Indeed, men sweat more than women, although they have the same number of sweat glands per skin surface.

There is a very interesting condition called nervous sweating, which is what I am partially suffering from.  When say partially, I mean that I do not solely sweat when I get nervous, I also sweat when I am not nervous.  But I often sweat more when I get nervous.

Nervous sweating has a lot to do with your emotions.  In fact, the apocrine glands, which are the ones that are linked to the nervous system, produce sweat when they are stimulated.  Stimulation can be fear, nervousness, panic, sexual stimuli, and others.  It is even known that our brain can identify the specific odor which is made by these sweat glands that attracts the opposite sex.

Dermidry helps to reduce sweating, but natural remedies are not 100% effective for people that sweat excessively.  Sweating will be reduced, but not to the point where these people are comfortable with sweating.  If you want a lasting solution, you will be looking for a clinical strength antiperspirant that blocks the sweat glands completely.

      Thanks again for stopping by,

      Oscar

  4. Hi Oscar, like you I have had problems with hyperhidrosis and as you say the most difficult thing about it is the embarrassment. I don’t like using non-natural products but in this case none of the natural products I have tried have been effective. I will give Dermidry a go as you suggested and let you know the results. Thanks for your article and for being so open about your experiences with hyperhidrosis.

    1. Hi John,

The same here.  No natural product has stopped my sweating.  Sweatblock is the only thing that stopped my excessive sweating, and I am glad I found it, although it is not a natural product.

Dermidry seems like a good option, but if you sweat excessively, I am sure that it will not be enough for you either.

      Oscar

  5. Hi.

Your article is very thorough and invormative about this subject.

It is well written and easy to understand.

Thankfully this is not a condition that I suffer from but I can imagine it must be a nightmare for those that do  have it .

I will pass this information in to friends who have this condition.

    Good luck

Keep up the good work .

    Matthew

  6. What do I need to do to get a response from Dermidry??? I ordered and received one bottle of the product. It is for my Son, so I have no commentary on it’s effectiveness. My issue is with customer service. First order took over a month to arrive. Several (by several I mean 4-5) inquiries regarding it’s whereabouts were ignored. Then, due to the poor, poor service, I tried to cancel any further auto-shipments. Again, ignored!!! But, coincidentally a second shipment was made ONE day after my request. So, I sent another email and four more phone calls and as instructed left my name, phone number and date. All promising a return call within 48 hours. As I write this we are approaching 72 hours. I even tried calling the sales office thinking that for sure a human would answer this phone. But no, nothing, just instructions on how to order via email and if not the message actually saying to talk to a representative but NO instructions on how to do so. This is a poor way to run a business. I know this is not the correct vehicle to air my concerns but I am desperate. If there is anything you can do to get me an answer, I would sincerely appreciate it. It’s really a sham because if the product works, I would definitely re-order it but after this fiasco, I will look for another product.

    Thank you,

    John J Kintsch

    1. Hi John,
I am really sorry to hear about your problems with Dermidry. And sorry for not answering sooner. I just could not make time this round you help you out. Next time, I will improve that. However, I hope you have this issue resolved by now. I would like to hear how it turned out.

Dermidry is not as effective as stated on their website. I have tried many different natural products to stop my excessive sweating. Enough to know that there are not enough natural products to stop hyperhidrosis. I may reduce a bit, but not stop your sweating. Sweatblock is a much better solution to excessive sweating.

Too bad that customer service is sometimes so bad! I am thinking, did you order directly through their website? Or did you order through Amazon? I would think that you could get better results if you had ordered through Amazon.

Thanks so much for sharing your concerns with this company. I will be sure to include that in this review.

Thanks for stopping by and sharing your experiences and thoughts.

      Regards,
      Oscar
